  1.                              SITE LICENSES FOR 4FILES

  4.    A site license is required if installation or distribution of 4FILES within
  5. your company, institution, organization, government agency, or etc. can result
  6. in the more than one simultaneous use of 4FILES.  If such use is not possible,
  7. submit a registration form instead.
  8.  
  9.    To apply for a 4FILES Site License, please submit a registration form (see
  10. the file REGISTER.4F).  A verbal or written quote of the licensing fee schedule
  11. may be obtained by calling (907)-747-8996.  If the phone is answered "Baidarka
  12. Boats" (my other business) you have the right place.

  16.                                A SAMPLE SITE LICENSE

  19.   This is a perpetual license for installation of 4FILES V-1.5 for use on not
  20.   more than _______ computers, terminals or workstations, within your company
  21.   and is non-transferable.  It is also valid for the same installed base for the
  22.   V-2.0 upgrade, when available.  If the installed base is to become larger than
  23.   the above number, this license must be upgraded.

  25.   Licensee shall make clear to all personnel who use 4FILES that it is shareware
  26.   and that any use outside the scope of this license is subject to separate
  27.   registration or licensing (as appropriate) by the user.
